Emma Villard
Member of the Paris Bar and associate at TALMA Dispute Resolution.
Emma is a member of TALMA’s arbitration and litigation team. She advises clients on international commercial and investment arbitration cases, as well as on the enforcement and setting aside of arbitral awards.
Emma is a graduate of the Master in International Dispute Resolution (MIDS) and of the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (Paris I) and City University of Hong-Kong. She also obtained a double degree in French-English law from the University of Leicester (UK) and the Faculty of Law, Political Science and Management of Strasbourg.
Prior to joining TALMA, she trained at several leading international firms in Paris, Geneva and Hong-Kong.
Emma is fluent in English and French.
