Sabrina Delattre

Member of the Paris Bar and associate at TALMA.

She specialises in criminal law and business litigation.

Sabrina represents and assists French and foreign companies in white-collar crime matters of and complex litigation in various industry sectors. She also has extensive experience in international criminal law and human rights.

Sabrina has developed particular expertise in the aeronautics sector, including aviation law and:

  • criminal law (accidents, industrial risks);
  • resolution of disputes with partners, suppliers, customers or insurers;
  • regulatory constraints relating to the export of military or dual-use equipment; and
  • specific rules governing the operation of aircraft.

Before joining TALMA Dispute Resolution, she worked for five years as an associate in a French boutique law firm renowned for its expertise in complex litigation, corporate criminal law and aviation law.

Before joining the Bar, Sabrina was a lecturer and researcher at the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, where she obtained a Master 2 in Criminal Law and Criminal Policy and a doctorate in Comparative Criminal Law (University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne). Her thesis, on the subject of preventive sentencing, was awarded the Prix du Défenseur des droits and the Prix Mireille Delmas-Marty in 2018.

She is also editorial secretary of the Revue de science criminelle et de droit pénal comparé and head of the working group on prisons at the Ligue de droits de l’homme.

She works in both French and English.
